I am working with the planetary magentospheres group at LASP. I'm currently studying magnetic reconnection using simulations to understand how magnetic field lines break apart and reattach. I also help run CU-STARs, a group aimed primarily at supporting underrepresented freshman STEM majors; we also travel to high school classrooms around Colorado to teach about astronomy and technology.
