Comment: Silos are greater at the undergraduate level than at the graduate vel.
Comment: There has been too much of an increase in administration, particularly non-academic administration.
Comment: We need a faculty voice guiding services such as procurement.
Comment: We need a CU Boulder model for online education. Lehigh provides a good model.
Comment: We need criteria for what we want to do on internationalization. We need to build global allies.
Comment: We should think about how we use faculty governance to enact democracy.
Comment: We need to address impact of income inequality of retention.
Comment: The university needs to think through the balance between the liberal arts and professional training.
Comment: We should consider offering 2-year degrees.
Comment: We should consider abolishing departments.
