Lisa Marshall

Lisa Marshall works with a team of talented science writers to spread the word about CU Boulder research via CU Boulder Today and other campus publications. She writes about health, biomedical research and the social sciences and edits the research newsletter Beyond. She also assigns and edits stories about climate change and sustainability, physics, space, quantum and more. Prior to joining CU in 2016, she was a journalist for two decades, writing for newspapers and national magazines, including Men's Journal, Vice News, Runner's World and WebMD. She earned a master's degree from the College of Media, Design and Information in 2022.
