Author Shannon Baker’s fifth mystery novel Stripped Bare is the focus of the upcoming Just Desserts event presented by Friends of the Libraries. The Aug. 3 event will feature a public talk by Baker discussing her book followed by a dessert reception.
Stripped Bare is part of Baker's Kate Fox Mysteries about a detective born and raised in the Nebraska Sandhills. Read the interview with University Libraries to gain more insight into the novel and author.
Baker lives in Tucson with her Weimaraner, Jezebel. She's the author of several books and was a finalist in the 2013 New Mexico-Arizona Book Awards. In 2014 and 2017 she was chosen as Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers' writer of the year. Visit her webiste to learn more.
