RAC to headline Program Council’s final concert of the year on Thursday, April 24
Program Council will host RAC on Thursday, April 24, at 8 p.m. in the Glenn Miller Ballroom. Student tickets are $15 and are available for sale online.
Founded in 2007, RAC is the solo project of Remix Artist Collective’s frontman André Allen Anjos. Known for his unique approach to remixing songs, RAC has taken hits from artists including The Shins, Chromeo, and Lana Del Ray and added new dimensions of smooth electronic artistry. His most recent album ‘Strangers’ is filled with original songs, with performances by artists such as St. Lucia, Katie Herzig, and Tegan and Sara. The album’s closing track “Cheap Sunglasses” was recently recognized by iTunes as the "Single of the Week." Check out RAC’s track “Let Go.”
Program Council is a student-run organization that provides affordable, high quality, face-rocking entertainment and professional event support for the Boulder campus community. Through scheduling, facilitating and producing events, Program Council offers educational opportunities for students to gain experience and insight into the entertainment industry.
