CU-Boulder Flagship 2030 Task Force Reports Now Posted Online

On Sept. 9, the chairs and co-chairs of the nine task forces charged with implementing CU-Boulder's Flagship 2030 Strategic Plan presented their final reports with recommendations for implementing the initiatives to the Chancellor's Executive Committee and the Council of Deans at the 2030 Summit.

Timetables and budget considerations were discussed for each of the recommendations. The nine task force reports are now available for public and media viewing at www.colorado.edu/flagship2030/implementation.html

The chancellor, provost, vice chancellors and deans will now review the reports, assess the feasibility of the recommendations, identify which recommendations can be implemented immediately, and decide how best to set the stage for those which will be implemented on a short-term or long-term basis.

"I want to thank the nine task forces for their hard work and for the creative and productive ideas that are apparent throughout their final reports," said CU-Boulder Chancellor G.P. "Bud" Peterson. "We are now entering an exciting phase with Flagship 2030 - figuring out which ideas will work well over the next few years, the next decade and on the far horizon of 2030."
