The management division of the College of Business and Administration at the University of Colorado at Boulder will co-sponsor a Lessons in Leadership workshop via live closed circuit on Wednesday, May 14.

The day-long seminar in customer service and satisfaction is titled, “WOW Takes More Than a Minute: How to Stay Focused on the Customer.” Tom Peters will team with Ken Blanchard, author of “The One Minute Manager,” and Marjorie Blanchard to demonstrate how businesses thrive when they view their own organization as their customer. They also will discuss how to make your business fun for employees and customers and how to keep every employee’s eye on the customer.

The program, held at the United Artists Village 4 Cinema at 2525 Arapahoe in Boulder from 9:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., will be moderated by journalist Linda Ellerbee.

The registration fee, which includes program materials and lunch, is $249. Those who register by May 7 will receive the lessons in Leadership cassette series and the Blanchard-Peters brainstorming tape. To register, call (800) 689-9771.
