I work on theoretical and computational astrophysics problems in the fields of planet formation, accretion physics, and black hole astrophysics. Topics of current interest include planetesimal formation, simulations of tidal disruption events by supermassive black holes, and the role of magnetic fields in protostellar and X-ray binary accretion disks.
