Web Express Update - Cloud Hosting Migration 2022 - site migration dates

The Web Express service will be moving sites to a cloud hosting environment in phases from March 29 to April 7
Your colorado.edu site/s: %%WE Group6 Site URL 22 0223%% is scheduled to migrate to the new server infrastructure on: Mar. 24, 2022.
Site Forms
Please note that when the site is put into maintenance mode for the migration, webform pages will show a maintenance message instead of the form-submission page. You may put a message on the all the forms on the site (via context) that says something like:
“We are undergoing site maintenance today and our forms are currently closed. Sorry for any inconvenience, please come back tomorrow to complete this form.”
Site Edits
Your site will be locked against site editing during the migration process to ensure we capture your most up to date content. After your site has migrated you may continue to work on your website as usual. The Web Express platform will be the same. Site owners will need to communicate to all their site maintainers about the migration process.
Status Updates
The migration process should not take a full day, so you may check the Web Central website or on the Web Express Team for updates when the migration process is completed for that day.
User Invites Changing
IMPORTANT: The process to invite new users will be changing. To invite a new user to the site, you will need to use an individual's identikey email. The identikey email is the person's identikey@colorado.edu. OIT has more information on how to find your identikey name. The process to log into the site will not change.
