There are different sets of documentation and tutorials depending on which version of Web Express you're on.
Drupal 10 Version of Web Express
If you're manually rebuilding your site, or your site has been migrated to the new version, you can find those resources at webexpress.colorado.edu.
Drupal 7 Version of Web Express
If your site has not migrated and your still using the old version, you can find those resources at websupport.colorado.edu.
How do you know which version of Web Express your site is on?
If you look at the top right corner of your site and you see a "translate" button, your site is on the new version of Web Express.
