Thursday, February 23rd

11am-12pm: Aluminum Anodizing Workshop with Colorado RoboSub | Herbst Plaza

Learn how the industrial anodizing process works to protect metal from oxidation with Colorado RoboSub! As THE premier underwater robotics team in CU Engineering, RoboSub is certinly one of the most capable and equiped groups on campus to teach newcomers about the benefits and process of anodization and how it enables their competitive success in the Rocky Mountain MATE ROV Competition.

12-1pm: Welding Workshop with CU Hyperloop | Herbst Plaza

Drop by the CU Hyperloop tent in the Herbst Plaza and get hands-on with the welders they're using to build the next-generation tunnel boring machine in The Boring Company's Not-a-Boring Competition! From welding in the shop to in the field, these experts are ready to teach you the process of turning two pieces of metal into one! No experience necessary, they're bring all the skills and equipment onto campus to teach you the process of industrial welding.

4-5pm: Engineering Deep Dive | ECCR 1B40

Still trting to navigate your way through all the options in engineering? Freshman Council is hosting a first-class panel of professors from across the Collge to help you understand what you're learning and how you can use it in the future.

5-6pm: Keynote Speaker: Networking Awkwardly with Ty Tashiro | ECCR (Room being confirmed soon!)

As engineers, we're a little awkward... And that's okay! Dr. Ty Tashiro is here to help us all embrace our inner engineer and learn how to use our own personal quarks to nail professional networking. Come by the ECCR for our Engineering Week Keynote Presentation and dinner from Half Fast Subs!

6-8pm: Industry Networking Night | EC Lobby

The EC Lobby is the palce top be on Thuyrsday night, where nearly a dozen E-Week sponsors and partners are setting up to talk with and HIRE YOU! Dress business casual and network with porospective employers across multiple engineering diciplines, and enjoy light refreshments served by your very own Engineering Council. Don't forget how to Network Awkwardly from the Ty Tashiro event yesterday!

Friday, February 24th

9-11am: Breakfast with Ball Aerospace | EC Lobby

Your favorite E-Week hosted breakfast is finally back with Ball Aerospace! Come get pancakes (or waffles) and talk with recruiters and engieners from Boulder's own Ball Aerospace all morning.

11am-12pm: Understanding Government Clearances with Lockheed Martin | ECCR 131

Security Clearances can be an important part of your early post-college career. Learn more about applying and how the review process works with Lockheed Martin and talk with employees about joining one of their nearly 5,000 jobs.

11am-4pm: 8th Floor Egg Drop | EC Lobby and North Tower

Egg prices are through the roof, but that doesn't mean we won't drop them 8 floors down from the Engineering North Tower! Whether you're a student org competitng for funding or a individual student, we're dropping pre-built and built-on-site (we'll bring the supplies!) egg drop contraptions starting at 3pm! Come by before then either with your own egg survuval aparatus or build one with us starting at 11 and compete to win gift cards and student org funding!

1-3pm: 0.5k Race Walk Around the EC | EC Roundabout between EC and MATH

Exercize is important. join the Engineering Council in a  ̶5̶K̶ ̶R̶a̶c̶e̶  0.5K race WALK around the beloved Engineering Center! Oh, and after you're done, treat yourself to a Crumbl Cookie! Please review the Race Walk Rules prior to attending, there will be referees...
