Kavya Kannan (PolSci, Econ '22)

Kavya was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She is a double major in both political science and economics with future aspirations of being a lawyer. Outside of school, Kavya plays competitive tennis, enjoys hiking and running, and loves spending time with her family and friends! She also learned classical Indian dancing and used her talents to perform a solo concert in front of 300+ people in hopes of raising money for schools in her local community as well as in India. She is super excited to be a freshman at CU this year and cannot wait to be apart of the Herd Leadership Council this year!
