Student Affairs Staff Engagement Committee

The Staff Engagement Committee (SEC) is dedicated to providing an excellent staff experience through positive staff engagement. Members of the committee encourage and empower all staff in the division to create and maintain a deep connection to their work, their colleagues and the Buff community. The committee develops, promotes and hosts opportunities for personal, professional and organizational growth. The committee also advises divisional leadership related to staff engagement initiatives. Through staff engagement we create a heightened sense of support, purpose and belonging.
