Kelly is a dedicated higher education professional with over a decade of experience managing on-campus housing operations for undergraduate and graduate students. She oversees the housing application processes, ensures compliance with contracts and leases, and upholds institutional policies to maintain a fair and efficient housing system. 

As a leader in University Housing, Kelly and her team serve as a vital resource for prospective, incoming and current families, facilitating a seamless transition into the residence halls. Recently, she successfully led the integration of Graduate & Family Housing leasing and assignment operations within the University Housing department, implementing more effective and efficient processes that have enhanced occupancy and operational effectiveness. 

Committed to fostering a student-centered housing application experience, Kelly and her team prioritize equitable and transparent housing processes while delivering exceptional customer service to students and families. 

Beyond her professional commitments, Kelly is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, trail running, climbing and skiing with her family.
