Mobile App Event Submission

Event Types
Your event must meet the following:

  • Open to either most students or a large group (50 students or more)
  • Focused on student enrichment or involvement opportunities
  • Affiliated with CU Boulder

Guidelines

  • Your event must be scheduled at least two weeks in the future.
  • If you are a Student Affairs department, reach out to your SA Comm liaison instead of using this webform.
  • Submitting an event through this webform does not guarantee inclusion in the app. Final approval will be made by SA Comm staff.
  • Note: We are not able to send push notifications to users through the app for individual events.

Timeline

  • If your event is added to the mobile app, you can expect to see your event in the app within two weeks after submission.
  • If your event details change at least three business days prior to the date of the event, send the event updates via email to sacomm@colorado.edu. Within three days of the event, no edits will be made in the app.
