Leading at the Speed of Trust

Housing and Dining Services Organizational and Employee Development (HDS OED) team is excited to offer the Leading at the Speed of Trust®workshop to employees within the Division of Student Affairs.
The training is designed to provide the essential toolset, mindset and skillset that will measurably increase a participant’s ability to deliver results in a way that inspires trust. This 12-hour workshop addresses the following objectives:
- Creates an organizational case for a high-trust culture.
- Teaches trust as a learnable skill.
- Provides the essential tools for building and maintaining a high-trust culture after the work session is over.
The HDS OED team is happily sponsoring this training for Student Affairs employees. The workshop includes a Leading at the Speed of Trust Toolkit, cue cards for each lesson, a copy of the New York Times bestselling book The Speed of Trust, a Team Trust Huddle Guide, and an All Access Pass link to the Franklin/Covey training site – a $130 value!
Speed of Trust training is appropriate for employees at all levels of the organization. Supervisors, managers and executive leaders will find the course to be particularly relevant to their work. Please make sure to obtain supervisor’s approval prior to registration.
