Jessica Doty named senior director of Administrative Services

We are excited to announce that Jessica Doty is the new senior director of administrative services within Health and Wellness. In her role, Jessica will oversee all administrative offices and support for the departments within Health and Wellness. Jess has been a strong collaborator and leader in the Division of Student Affairs, most recently serving as the director of Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution. Her strong commitment to student success, experience working with high level policies and procedures, as well as her strength in building teams makes her a great fit for this position.
Devin Cramer named director for Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution

Devin possesses a strong background in student affairs and student conduct, with a focus on helping students identify ways they can make choices that support their academic success and personal well-being. His career at CU Boulder began in 2010 and he has served as the associate director for the Office of Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution (OSCCR) since August 2014. His experience with a range of conduct cases, relationships with campus partners and understanding of student conduct and alternative dispute resolution processes are strengths he brings to OSCCR. He worked closely with Jess Doty to develop the vision for the OSCCR, and he is very excited to continue to carry out that vision in his new role. We are excited to have his talents continue to lead OSCCR forward!
Crystal Lay named director of Residence Life

Please welcome Crystal Lay to the Residence Life team! Crystal will begin as the director of Residence Life on Monday, June 11, 2018. Crystal has more than 15 years of experience in Residence Life. She most recently served as the assistant director of Residential Education at the University of California-Berkeley. Her specialty areas include Residential Curriculum, Training and Development, Event Planning and Inclusion work. She has received degrees from North Central College (B.A.), Eastern Illinois University (M.S.) and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (M.S.). Crystal has been involved in the WACUHO region where she has served as the Chair of the Task Force on Equity and Inclusion. She is an award winning presenter who specializes in the topics of: support for folx of color in residence life, and the importance of family friendly work environments. Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and children. She enjoys cooking, karaoke and a good cup of tea!
Elizabeth Wilmer named assistant director for the Office of Victim Assistance
Elizabeth Wilmer starts with the Office of Victim Assistance (OVA) in early July. She has a BA in Psych & English from University of Virginia and her MS in Counseling Psych from Loyola University Maryland. Elizabeth was a counselor at Trauma Disorders Program, a top-ranked behavioral health hospital in Baltimore where she provided counseling to inpatient/outpatient survivors of trauma. Prior to that, she was in the Peace Corps,. She led volunteers as the president of the gender & development council, focusing on education about a range of issues including gender equality & interpersonal violence prevention. Elizabeth is passionate about trauma-informed, culturally relevant counseling/advocacy services.

Student Support & Case Management (SSCM) is seeking an assistant director. The assistant director provides leadership and support in the day-to-day operations of the team and to the threat assessment team for students. This position reports to the director of SSCM and chair of the Students of Concern Team (SOCT).
