Mission Statement:
At SWE CU Boulder, we are focused on building an inclusive community of strong female engineers, while remaining open to all who support these groups in STEM. Our goal is to establish a secure and substantial support system for the collegiate to professional transition, by giving back through our various outreach programs, furthering opportunities for our members and cultivating a strong network within the CU community.
Our society hosts professional development events, outreach opportunities, and hourly meetings held every Tuesday at 6 p.m. throughout the semester.
Membership:
To be considered an active member of our chapter, you must fulfill the requirements listed below for every academic semester.
Semester Attendance:
2 Totally Tuesdays
1 Professional Development Event
Yearly Attendance:
1 Outreach Credit/Committee
Interested in an off-campus SWE event? Officers typically arrange a carpool, so don’t worry about transportation!
