Emma McArthur

Hi! My name is Emma McArthur, and I am currently entering my sophomore year, majoring in computer science with minors in computer engineering and mathematics. This is my first year on the SWE board as the Director of Middle School Outreach. Outside of school and SWE, I enjoy playing video games, hanging out with my friends, spending time with my family and dog, and playing sports (tennis, pickleball, etc.). This is my second year as a part of SWE, and I am glad to be a part of this community because of its immense support for women in STEM. I am looking forward to providing opportunities for SWE members to get involved in middle school outreach and support middle school students in finding their place in STEM.
