Ben O'Meara

Ben is a junior double majoring in Neuroscience and Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. He is especially fascinated by gaining knowledge of the mechanisms behind learning and memory to understand how our experiences influence our behavior. He enjoys Neuroscience Club because it helps create a community within the Neuroscience major of students who are passionate about their studies. Additionally, Ben's favorite part of the Neuroscience club is the social events because they lead to new friendships. 

Outside of academics, Ben is always seeking adventures, whether they be expeditions to go rock climbing and skiing in the mountains or being with a group of friends to go exploring late at night. He also has a passion for theatre, especially improv, and enjoys public speaking.
