Year: 3rd

Eva is a PhD student in astrodynamics and satellite navigation (ASN) and a 2022 Smead Scholar. She is also pursuing the aerospace engineering and engineering management dual degree master’s program. She graduated from Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering. Her research involves orbital mechanics for cislunar space applications under Profs. Daniel Scheeres and Marcus Holzinger. She has interned for BAE Systems, Inc. in Broomfield, CO as an associate systems engineer and with Boeing in El Segundo, CA as an astrodynamicist. She enjoys country swing dancing, fly fishing, and snowboarding in her free time.
