Tony Price

Anthony “Tony” Price currently serves as Director of Recreation for the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive recreation, fitness and wellness service with state of the art facilities and high engagement programs. 

Tony’s career highlights include supporting student persistence, strategic planning, capital improvement projects, fundraising and access initiatives. 

Tony’s civic engagement includes currently serving on the University of Iowa’s Sport and Recreation Management Advisory Board. He formerly served on the Board of Directors for Cleo Parker Robinson Dance and the Colorado I Have a Dream Foundation. He is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chambers Leadership Denver Program (class of 2012). His passion lies with serving students, youth initiatives and underserved communities. 

Tony received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Iowa in Athletic Administration. Tony is native of Iowa City, Iowa and currently resides in Arvada, Colorado with his family. He loves being a father to his children and is an avid skier and cyclist.
