Forced Entry Detainer StarRez Dashboard (consult)
This consultation with Residence Life focuses on designing and implementing a StarRez dashboard to automate the Forced Entry Detainer (FED) process. The current email-based workflow will be reviewed, mapped and transitioned into a centralized dashboard that enables consistent notice delivery, accurate tracking and improved overall efficiency.
CUCS Business Processes
The goal of this project is to evaluate, identify, and recommend improvements to CUCS’s business policies and processes. The team will develop a comprehensive strategy for sponsorship and promotional opportunities and packages, ensuring that all offerings are clearly defined, well-structured, and tailored to Student Life's unique events.

This project aims to evaluate and revamp divisional programs by focusing on essential skills, strategic alignment, and constituent engagement. It seeks to eliminate siloed and duplicate operations, streamline financial processes and maximize resources. The project covers the full program lifecycle, emphasizing inclusion, collaboration and measurable impact while creating a sustainable and unified programming framework for the Division of Student Life.
TMA Migration (consult)
The scope of this consult involves facilitating the work being done to upgrade from TMA version 5 to version 7, introducing options for a broad range of new features and enhancements. The objective is to deliver a stable and fully functional implementation of TMA 7 by the consult's conclusion.
