Outdoor Pursuits
Do you enjoy hiking, biking or other outdoor activities? Are you wanting to try something new, like climbing or kayaking? Or meet Buffs with similar interests? Check out Outdoor Pursuits! This program offers trips, courses, workshops, equipment rentals and more.
Inclusive Rec
The goal of CU Inclusive Recreation is to create a safe, welcoming and open environment that creates accessible recreational opportunities for all. Inclusive Rec activities are free to the CU community. Participants must present their Buff OneCard at Guest Services.
Intramural Sports
Joining Intramural (IM) Sports is a great way to meet new people and enjoy some friendly competition. IM Sports are open to everyone—whether you’re new to a sport or experienced, or whether you join with a team of friends or register as a free agent, there's a place for you.
Sports Clubs
If you’re looking to participate in more competitive sports where you compete against other intercollegiate teams, join a Sport Club team. CU Boulder currently offers 30 different Sport Clubs that you can choose from including men’s, women’s and co-ed teams.
Adaptive Sports and Recreation
Adaptive Sports and Recreation supports CU Boulder students with physical disabilities by offering sports and other recreational activities for all levels and abilities. This is a great program to help you try something new, have fun and participate in competition. All students are welcome to participate, regardless of your disability status.
Fitness and Wellness at The Rec
Fitness and Wellness (FitWell) is committed to providing recreational programs to help you build life-long healthy habits, find community and practice self-care. FitWell offers personal training, fitness classes and other wellness services.
