Nicole Morris

My name is Nicole Morris (she/her), and I am so excited to be serving on Staff Council for the 2025-2026 Academic Year! Previously, I was secretary and Vice Chair of Engineering Staff Council and loved representing the Engineering staff over my two-year term. I was very active on their Events Committee and helped start and continue beloved events like the paint and sip during Community Week, breakfast burrito Mondays (with vegan and gf options!), and February Cereal Bar. As a vegan, I am passionate about putting on events that include something for everyone. Having someone consider how to include you before you even arrive at an event makes a world of difference!
Outside of CU, I love to host my friends for craft nights, tea parties, and board game get-togethers. I am a member of two book clubs and love to read as well! I am an avid baker and have a goal of 1000 cookies in 2025 (and am well on my way!). In the Fall, I volunteer with Community Fruit Rescue throughout Boulder, so I might just be harvesting your apple tree!
