Staff Council Vice Chair 2020-2021
Natalia Johnston has greatly enjoyed working with staff, faculty, and students at the University of Colorado Boulder as an Administrator and Customer Service Specialist in the Testing and Assessment Center.
While attending the University of Michigan she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Natalia’s work experience includes managing over 100 employees, serving as an employee/management liaison, conductor of training and development seminars, academic advising and leader of student orientations.
This is her second year serving on Staff Council, during this time she has sat on the Outreach and Events and Awards and Recognition Committees, participating in the Ice Cream Social, Blood Drive, Staff Appreciation Breakfast, and Diversity Summit. Natalia has enjoyed representing staff on campus growing from each experience as she learned more about the university, staff and community she loves.
