Jessica Sandoval

Jessica is a Co-Chair of Staff Council for the 2024-2025 cycle. She currently works as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant providing ER consultation, guidance, and support to campus constituents regarding performance management, progressive discipline, cross-functional management and collaboration, and communication and relationship building strategy. . Jessica relishes the opportunity to meet and collaborate with staff and students across campus and enjoys the many learning events offered, especially those geared towards the university's DEI initiatives. While not working, Jessica enjoys having picnics with her kids, baking, cooking and traveling.
