• Date: Thursday, October 29, 2026 
• Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. 
• Location: Kittredge Central Multipurpose Rooms
• Food: Beverage service (coffee/tea) and lunch provided 
• Parking: Find employee parking rates at nearby lots 308, 419, 430, and 470 through our parking website. You may also use nearby ParkMobile lots; carpooling and bus use are encouraged.
