CU Boulder Staff Council is seeking Front-Line Staff (FLS) to join our team and serve as one of our newly created Front-Line Service Representatives. 

The Appointed Front-Line Service Representative role was created to help minimize barriers for front-line staff interested in serving on Staff Council and advocating for the interests and needs of front-line staff on the CU Boulder campus.

Requirements

All representatives are required to attend one monthly meeting. That meeting is currently held the 2nd Wednesday of the month, 12:15 - 2:15 p.m.

We understand this meeting time may be difficult for some FLS and while we cannot make guarantees, Staff Council will help advocate for flexibility with your supervisor so you may participate. 

Eligibility

To qualify for a Front-Line Services Representative position, you must be employed with one of hte following job codes:

  • Animal Care I
  • Child Care Aid
  • Custodian I or II
  • Early Childhood Educator I
  • Dining Services I, II, III, or IV
  • General Labor I
  • Sales Assistant I, II, or III
  • Security I
  • LTC Trainee I, II, or III
