Staff Council and Bonfils Blood Center will celebrate their 45-year partnership with a special ceremony on Wednesday, April 11, at 10:30 a.m. in the Ice Rink Overlook Room at the Student Recreation Center. Representatives from Bonfils and CU Boulder – including CU Boulder mascot Chip – will be in attendance to mark the occasion. Cake and refreshments will be served.
Since 1973, Staff Council blood drives have saved or enhanced over 106,000 lives throughout the state of Colorado, as well as areas in need across the country.
The April blood drive will take place Tuesday, April 10 through Thursday, April 12, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Ice Rink Overlook Room at the Student Recreation Center on Main Campus. The Bonfils Bus will also be available on East Campus on Wednesday, April 11, from 9 to 10:40 a.m. and 12 to 2:30 p.m. Donors will receive a free T-shirt and celebratory cake will be served each day.
