University First Leadership: Continuously engage the academic and administrative functions across the campus in support of our shared mission, including strong relationships with the provost and academic affairs, each college and school dean, advancement and athletics.
Commitment to Shared Governance: Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student shared governance groups to understand the needs of our constituents, vet ideas and opportunities, and build consensus around our solutions.
Advocacy for CU Boulder and Higher Education: Advocate for public research universities as agents of discovery, innovation and transformation that advance society.
Advance the CU System: Advance the efforts of the University of Colorado’s four campuses and the CU System to serve Colorado.
