Shelley has worked at CU Boulder since 2011, and having joined SLHC as the Clinic Director of Operations in 2015, she ensures the daily clinic functions run smoothly. She completes and implements all required policies and procedures for the clinic, and works directly with clinical faculty, graduate students and clients to support all aspects of clinic operations. Shelley handles the marketing, financials, grant writing, clinic communications, electronic medical record implementation and support, daily clinic operations functions, policy and process development and implementation. She assists clinical faculty and students in maintaining clinic compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations for clinical health facilities.
