Please do not use online forms if you are currently in a situation where immediate medical, police, psychological or other emergency services are needed. In case of an emergency, call 911.
Reasons to refer a student to Student Support and Case Management (SSCM):
- Hospitalization (physical or mental health)
- Loss of a loved one
- Family emergency
- Food insecurity
- Housing insecurity
- Threatening behavior
*If you are concerned about a student's mental health (suicide ideation, self-harm, harm to others, etc.), please call Counseling & Psychiatric Services at 303-492-2277.
SSCM may be able to support students with other extenuating circumstances. Call for more information: 303-492-7348.
Anyone can refer a student, including staff, parents, faculty, other students or community members.
