On January 19-21, the Puksta Foundation hosted the Winter Inter-Collegiate Retreat at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park. The CU Boulder cohort joined Puksta Scholars from University of Denver, Metro State University, Colorado State University, and University of Colorado Denver for a weekend of networking, workshops, and lots singing and dancing. This year we implemented an open source technology format, where scholars drove the formal programming agenda. Evaluations show that this was a great success. The biggest highlight, however, was the senior skits where the soon to be graduates reflected back on their Puksta Experiences. A blizzard did not dampen spirits or as we all enjoyed a bonfire as the flakes fell.
