Braille Playing Cards
High school students from Trussville City Schools created sets of Braille playing cards for visually impaired students in the school district. Making the cards helped students to understand the challenges of a visually impaired person living in a sighted environment. They adapted a regular deck of playing cards with braille numbers and letters representing the different suits.
