Build a Better Book with MLBPH (Maryland Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped)

The Build a Better Book (BBB) Program at the University of Colorado, Boulder works with librarians and makerspaces to create inclusive media. Come and learn how to create a program for enthusiastic youth designers. This session will explain the project and provide strategies for youth librarians to facilitate a program to help middle and high school youth develop technology skills as they design and create accessible, multi modal picture books, graphics, and games that can be seen, touched and heard.
