Stephanie Chasteen is a physicist and education researcher with a focus on faculty development. She joined the Science Education Initiative at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2007, where she spent over a decade learning about and leading research-based instruction and education reform. She now runs her own independent consulting business (Chasteen Educational Consulting) supporting broad use of evidence-based practices in STEM. She has been involved in dozens of national physics educational projects, usually as external evaluator.
