Mike Vignal is a postdoctoral researcher currently leading a collaboration to develop a statistically-validated assessment for measurement uncertainty for introductory physics labs. He is also an active member of the Representation, Recruitment and Retention (R^3) committee and an organizer for the 2022 Physics Education Research Conference (PERC).
