Former group member Daniel Reinholz, now an assistant professor of STEM education at San Diego State University, has been working with Niral Shah to develop the Equity Quantified in Participation (EQUIP) classroom observation tool. They will be testing this tool to see if it can help teachers recognize their implicit biases. Nice work Dan!
