Patrick Thomas

Patrick is a PhD student in Biochemistry. As an undergraduate, he worked in a plant molecular biology lab, which focused on mRNA processing, prepared poly(a) tail aligned RNA sequence libraries and wrote software to analyze how 3' end formation was affected by different mutations or environmental stresses.

Patrick acted as graduate mentor to Blake Ocampo.
