Jorge Maximiliano Armendáriz

Biography:

Max is a first-generation Mexican American college senior majoring in International Affairs and Anthropology. While at CU, he discovered a passion for education and the importance of fiercely imagining new spaces for learning and democratic engagement. His aspirations are to attend graduate school and become a teacher to give back to his community to help foster the next generation of leaders. His long-term goals include obtaining a Ph.D. to work in higher education and education-related policy. His hobbies include writing poetry, working out, and reading.

His research interests include Educational Disparities, Social Geography, and Developmental Policy.
