CU Boulder McNair Scholar Maya Yanez spent the summer interning at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as part of the team designing a potential Europa Lander mission. Maya is helping identify signs of potential life on Europa, one of the moons orbiting Jupiter. Maya was featured on JPL’s website in an interview highlighting her work at JPL, her experience interning at a NASA laboratory, and how it impacts her own research.
