Peter Kersten

Peter joined the Wise Law Library in 2023 as the Senior Research & Reference Fellow. Prior to that, Peter was a reference librarian / assistant professor of university libraries at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and focused primarily on teaching for-credit courses as well as in a legal research certificate program. Before moving to Colorado, Peter lived in Milwaukee, WI and received a BA in philosophy from Marquette University, a JD from Marquette Law, and an MLIS degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. While in his MLIS program, Peter also worked at Marquette Law’s Eckstein Law Library and at a boutique litigation firm.
