Neal Feigenson is the Lynne L. Pantalena Professor of Law at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he teaches Evidence, Visual Persuasion in the Law, Torts and Civil Procedure. He has been a visiting professor at Cornell Law School and the University of Connecticut School of Law. Feigenson researches and writes about the uses of visual media and multimedia in legal communication and persuasion, as well as about the cognitive and social psychology of legal judgment. He is the author of Law on Display: The Digital Transformation of Legal Persuasion and Judgment (with Christina Spiesel), Experiencing Other Minds in the Courtroom, Legal Blame: How Jurors Think and Talk About Accidents, and dozens of articles and book chapters
