Research
I am co-advised with Hope Michaelson in the Mechanical Engineering department. I am working on understanding the chemical mechanism for soot formation through vacuum ultraviolet aerosol mass spectroscopy. This will be used for models that predict wildfire spread.
Education

Fun Facts
I love whitewater kayaking and spending time outside. I used to work as a raft guide and I've seen a volcano explode!
