Research Opportunities

PROSPECTIVE GRADUATE STUDENTS

On a broad level, the research conducted in the lab is centered on examining how and why individuals differ from one another in health and cognition across development, with current foci on gene-environment interplay and early- and mid-life factors that may shape cognitive aging and health trajectories. The designs often applied are longitudinal and informative with respect to genetic and/or environmental influences. Students with interests in life-span development and aging outcomes, behavior genetics, and quantitative methods are encouraged to apply to the graduate program.

Interested in working in the Lifespan Biobehavioral Research Lab? Currently, there are no paid positions available. Through research courses (e.g., PSYC/NRSC 4841), undergraduate students may earn up to 3 credits per semester. Please fill out our application.
