- Research Interests: Disease ecology, parasitology, limnology, community ecology, conservation

I joined the Johnson Lab in Fall 2025 after graduating from the University of Michigan, where I majored in Ecology, Evolution & Biodiversity and Spanish. My research interests center on the population, community, and ecosystem-level impacts of disease in freshwater systems. I’m especially passionate about fieldwork and look forward to spending summers conducting research outdoors. I also enjoy teaching and mentorship, and I love working with students. In my free time, I enjoy fly fishing, hiking, biking, baking cookies, and knitting.
