The building will be located at 4005 Discovery Drive on the University of Colorado Boulder East Campus next to the new Sustainability, Energy and Environment Complex (SEEC). The building construction is expected to be complete early in September of 2015. With the wind tunnel fully operational late in the Fall 2015 Semester.
