Nicholas Braga

Research Bio

Nicholas (Nico) Braga joined our group through a SULI internship at NREL in 2024. He spent the summer studying electrochemical carbon monoxide oxidation for applications in CO sensing with Maria Kelly.

Outside the lab, Nico spent time getting to know his fellow interns at NREL, fishing, and hiking! He returns to UC Davis this fall to start his junior year in the Chemical Engineering program. Many thanks to the DOE SULI program for supporting Nico’s time in our group!
