Typhoon 9500
The Typhoon is a variable-mode imager that produces digital images of radioactive, fluorescent, or chemiluminescent samples. Red (635 nm) -, green (532 nm) - and blue (473 nm) -excitation wavelengths and a wide choice of emission filters (IP, 510 LP, 575 LP, 665 LP, LPR-Ch2 665 lP, 530 DF20, 570 DF20) enable imaging of an extensive variety of fluorophores. Automated three-color fluorescence scanning allows multiplexing of multiple targets in the same sample. It can be used to scan phospho strage screens, gel sandwiches, agarose and polyacrylamide gels, membranes, microplates and even microarrays.
In addition we have ImageQuant TL, an easy-to-use general image analysis software for data evaluation. It offers 4 different analyses modes for a) 1-D electrophoresis gels, b) dot blots, microplates, and basic arrays, c) colony counting and measurement of 2-D spots and d) a toolbox to analyze gels with user-defined objects.
LAS 4000
The LAS 4000 is a sensitive imager for chemiluminescence, fluorescence and white light applications. It can be used to capture high sensitivity images of agarose and polyacrylamide gels, western blot membranes and agar plates. It has an advanced Fujifilm™ CCD camera and a bright, wide-aperture FUJINON™ F0.85 lens providing exceptional sensitivity for chemiluminescence. It can capture quantitative images at a resolution of up to 6.3 Megapixels. Responses are highly linear and enable precise quantitation across four orders of magnitude.

AlphaImager Mini
The AlphaImager Mini gel documentation system provides easy to use, high-performance imaging for a range of UV and colorimetric applications. It has a UV transiluminater with two wave lenghts (302 and 365nm) and two intesity settings. The camera is a 1.4 Megapixel camera. We have an orange filter for EthBr imaging. It has a white light conversion screen that can be used for trans white light ilumination. The Alpha Imager Mini s mainly used for imaging of DNA and protein gels.
